YallDontHearMe this track "The Cove" has been trying to break into my all time fave list for the last few years. It's a real beauty. Near perfection honestly, it will likely be with me indefinitely. Favorite track: The Cove.

James Reeno (SPAZZOID RECORDS/NYC RECORDS/KUPCAKE RECORDS) HERE we have a multi-instrumentalist doing modern funk, RIGHT! And he's not trying to copy the G-funk sound, which is very refreshing in and of itself.
Here is some new BRIT funk, and it's extremely musical, tasteful, dreamy, and lush at the same time. Every track is perfect here, though my favorite is the title track with it's sweeping synth chords and half-time drumbeat. A brilliant album, and probably Omega Supreme's strongest overall. A must have for modern funk lovers. Favorite track: The Cove.

Gareth Somewhat of a very guilty 80s pleasure. Wind down your car windows and let that bass drum thump! Favorite track: Always Remember.

London native Sven Atterton electrifies us with his debut eight song instrumental EP, THE COVE, this deep composition and delicate arrangements are a intimate introduction to a dialogue that is unique to SVEN ATTERTON alone. The sophistication of his funk baptizes you from the very first bar, to the point where you can almost feel the ocean mist on your face. Each song arranged through an array of vintage analog synths and drum machines, creating the fabric that is woven together by his hyper funk slap bass throughout, elevating each piece from a earthly soundscape to an inner dimensional portal to move thru the stars and back! This visionary funk is the musical equivalent of staring into the stars staring back at you, transcending worlds to deliver you back to the Earthly sands, welcome to THE COVE!
